Smooth cardboard

Smooth cardboard - also called full cardboard is mainly intended for production of smaller packages and boxes, its great advantage is unlimited amount of variations surfaces from natural brown, through white up to colorful and alternatively refined surfaces. The offer includes cardboard with a certificate for direct contact with food, also for greasy products and for wet storing (refrigerators, freezers).

Basic dimensions:
- the thickness is between 0.3 up to 1.5 mm
- basic weight (g/m2) is between 200 up to 1200 g/m2

Relocations made from smooth or corrugated cardboard- simple blanks to separate stored product against damage.

Corrugated cardboard

Corrugated cardboard - used for the production of bigger packages, cartons, etc. its great advantage is good strength which guarantees really good protection of goods and a wide range of materials.

Basic dimensions:
- number of paper layers: 2, 3, 4, 5, 7
(both straight and corrugated paper is counted) - visual structure
- the thickness of wave is characterized in the capital letters according to the general standard
(A- 4,8 mm, B- 2,8mm, C-4,00 mm, E- 1,6mm, F- 1,0mm, G-0,6mm).

Paper honeycombs

Extremely strong and light material, which can replace in some cases even wooden boards and plywood. It has a perpendicular cellular structure inside in the shape of “honeycombs”, which guarantees its great strength and very low weight, which also reflects into overall economic costs.

Plastic cardboard

Plastic-cardboard - is a very strong and stable material with a long life, used in demanding conditions and also for a production of reusable packaging. The composition is pure extruded PP (100% recyclable) with ribbed structure in cross section. It is resistant to moisture, frost, steam, mold and chemical contamination, which maintains quality and cleanliness of the packaging.

Foils

LPDE and HDPE - simple, flat foils, either in form of individual pieces or more often in rolls perforated for individual tearing. The range is very wide, standard dimensions are available immediately, other dimensions are produced individually according to the customer requirements.

LDPE hoses - are through sleeves, which are most often used for packing of long items, unspooled from rolls and shortened to any length. The hose diameter is manufactured at the customer’s request.

Sacks and bags - made from LDPE and HDPE foils either as two-dimensional flat bags or as three-dimensional bags with bottom. The offer includes standardized dimensions available immediately, other dimensions can be produced at the customer’s request (atypical large dimensions can be also produced).

ZIP sacks - are flat sacks of mostly standardized dimensions with a manual hermetic closure strip called “ZIP” on the opening side of the sack.

Bubble wrap - very popular and all-purpose packaging material which has a number of advantages. Also many variations of its production- different size of bubbles, multilayered for even better protection. Available in the form: rolls, blanks, sacks.

Stretch foils

Hand stretch foil - for simple manual application, it is widely spread and has large range of usage, especially suitable for fixation of group of products or as a protection against mechanical damage, moisture and dust. Standard used foil thickness is 8 my- 32 my and width 100 mm, 125 mm, 250 mm, 500 mm or other dimensions are possible on individual request.

Machine stretch foil - used mainly for wrapping pallets using a wrapper machine in bigger companies for higher work efficiency. Standard used foil thickness is 8 my- 32 my and width 500mm. Various calibers of creep are offered for different types of machines and applications. Specific dimensions can be offered on request.

Food stretch foil - is intended for food packaging in direct contact with the foil. The standard used foil thickness is 8 my and width is 300 mm, 450 mm.

SANSTRAP stretchband - enclosed cable tied strips made of roofing foil 10 cm wide, which are stretched on a pallet with goods to fixate the layers together in one piece.

Adhesive tapes

Adhesive tapes - universal and regular help in packing process. Very commonly used are transparent and brown (so-called havana) variants.

    Adhesive layers can have:
  • - Acrylic glue - basic
  • - Hot-melt glue - suitable for cartons
  • - Solvent glue - high quality good adhesion to all surfaces

There are various sizes and different printing options to offer.

Binding tape

Binding tape - used for tying products into packages or for strapping products and cartons on pallets.

PP (polypropylene) tape- black one is more flexible, suitable for strapping lighter products into packages. PET (polyethylene terephthalte) tape- green one is stronger, suitable for strapping pallet packages. PES (polyester) tape- white one is very strong and resistant to abrasion, suitable for strapping big bales (wood, metal, etc.)

Foam fixations and fillings

In addition to the usual paper and plastic-cardboard internal fixing equipments, various types of foams are expanding, suitable exactly for these applications. We also offer a wide range of filling materials.
